Description: ------------ While running osCommerce shopping cart on checkout_shipping.php, I received [22-Dec-2004 22:33:52] PHP Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [which curl] in C:\Domains\NeoGeomancy.com\wwwroot\catalog\includes\modules\shipping\upsxml.php on line 610 [22-Dec-2004 22:33:52] PHP Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [curl -d "<?xml version=\"1.0\"?> I enabled IUSR_XXXX under c:/windows/system32 for cmd.exe in my windows 2003 server, however, the error still shown. I was told this error was fixed in php 4.0.6 but why it still fail? Have gone through all possible setting and helps but still failed.
