Bug description: < in parameter to a function does not work
Description:

If you have < as a charater in string and use that string as parameter to
a function call, then the parameter is empty
Reproduce code:

function foo($p_parm)
{
echo "Parameter : $p_parm<br>";
}
foo("<noreply>");
foo('<noreply>');
foo("<noreply");
foo('<noreply');
?>
Expected result:

Parameter : <noreply>
