Bug description: Using client side certificates with soap

Description:
------------
The ability to set client certificates and passkeys in the instatiation of
the soap client would be greatly appreciated.

The transport protocol for ssl accepts the certificate and passkey as
context options, however, currently there is no way to pass them through
the soap client.
