Bug description:  php5 apache2 win XP oci.dll

System: Win XP, Apache 2,PHP 5.0.3, OIracle Cli 8.1.7

I have problem with "Unable to load dynamic library
'c:/php5/ext\php_oci.dll' - The specyfid module could not be found"

I have correct path php_bz2.dll load correctly. it is in c:/php5/ext

I have path to oracle oci.dll and correct install oracle 8.1.7 client. I
can connect to database.

I install this from binary files.
