And please keep in mind:
To properly diagnose the problem, we need a short but complete example
script to be able to reproduce this bug ourselves.
A proper reproducing script starts with, is max. 10-20 lines long and
does not require any external resources such as databases, etc.
If possible, make the script source available online and provide an URL
to it here. Try to avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

Bug 26531 (http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=26531)
has resurfaced again in ver 5.
$whatever->get_elements_by_tagname("*");
returns null instead of the full list.
Also, I just downloaded the latest dll from snaps/pecl and confirmed
that the issue hasn't already been found and fixed on the bleeding
edge. Thanks.
