Bug description: difficulties with oci8 extension

I am using Windows 2003, IIS 6.0 with php 4.3.10 and Oracle Client 8.1.7.
Oracle Client is ok. I can check Php installation is ok with phpinfo()
running from a script from the web server or from the command line.
But when i try to use oci8 extension, it only works from the command line
(phpinfo() informs me that the extension is enableb and i can connect to
one of my oracle's database) not from the web server which sends me an
"expiration cgi delay" for phpinfo() and the connection test.
I didn't find any solution anywhere. I try with php_oci8.dll v.1.183.2.5
and v.1.183.2.16, same result. Any mistake in Oracle Client ? But it
works. So...
