Just to make sure: You are testing with the BINARIES and NOT compiling
it yourself? If latter -> bogus..

Simple way to test without php.ini: php -n -i

I've already tried to disable all the extensions in the php.ini, but I
still get the same errors.

Yep, I can still reproduce it, both '-i' and '--version'.
