In addition to my above comment,
The "SERVER_SOFTWARE" is "Apache/2.0.50 (Fedora)" and PHP4 is also
installed. Works when "--with-xsl" removed

I seem to have the same problem with the same error message. After

I have committed possible fix but as I can't reproduce this I'd like to
see it really works for you before I close this bug.
