From: mh at bib dot sdu dot dk
Operating system: SUSE Linux 9.3
PHP version: 5.0.4
PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Compile with Sybase-ct fails

Description:
------------
Problem compiling PHP with Sybase-CT support.

Running configure with these options returns no errors.
--with-sybase-ct=/opt/sybase-11.9.2 --enable-safe-mode --enable-sigchild
--disable-debug –enable-memory-limit

But make stops after this:
/opt/sybase-11.9.2/lib/libintl.so: undefined reference to `__ctype_b'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [sapi/cgi/php] Error 1

I tried googling for a solution, but couldn't find anything that worked.
Any suggestions?

Systeminfo:
SUSE Linux 9.3
glibc version 2.3.4
PHP version 5.0.4 and 5.1.0RC1
Sybase-openclient version 11.1.1 and 12.5
