NO FUNCTION CAN BE CREATED ON SQLITE3! THERE ISN'T A create_function OR
create_aggregade LIKE SQLITE2 !! :(

a function created to make queries like
PHP:
function sqlite_if($arg1,$arg2,$arg3){
return($arg1?$arg2:$arg3);
}
create_function('if','sqlite_if',3)
SQLITE:
SELECT if(0=1, 'hellooo','ok')
RESULT:
'ok'
Actual result:
