If it not always reproducible it could be a stack size problem. When
using PHP in the SunONE webservers it is recommended to raise the
stacksize in magnus.conf. See bug #27231 and documentation for help
about that. For me a value of 256000 as minimum helped (the default is
128k).

As soon as we get a script that causes this the sooner we can actually
do something about it. Otherwise: Keep the status as feedback and let
the report rot if you can not come up with a reproducing script.

I have more that 1730 php files.
I don't know which one is generating the php cores.
Compiling with --enable-debug may help ?

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves.
A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external
resources such as databases, etc.
If possible, make the script source available online and provide
an URL to it here. Try to avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.
