See bug #37418.
Usually there is no need to report something that works fine in current
CVS snapshot.

Description:
------------
PHP 5.1.4 crashes on Windows XP ("CLI has encountered a problem and
needs to close...") after execution of any script (even an empty file)
finishes. This crash goes away if "extension=php_tidy.dll" is removed
from php.ini. Tested using the official ZIP release as well as the one
bundled with wampserver.
PHP 5.2.0 latest snapshot (Fri, 04 Aug 2006 20:36:36 +0200 Version:
5.2.0RC2-dev Branch: HEAD Build: Release_TS) does not experience this
behavior.
I only tested CLI, I didn't test running under a webserver.
FYI only -- I didn't see a way to get the current changelog to see if
this 'just happened to be fixed' or was actually intentionally fixed in
5.2.0RC2 (perhaps changelogs could be included in snapshot builds? Will
post that as a FREQ)
