When I specify a URL that has a specified port number such as
www.example.com:8080 the URL Wrappers do not recognize it.
I have tested this with is_file, is_readable, file_exists etc.
Reproduce code:

is_file('http://www.example.com:8080/myFile.txt');
Expected result:
----------------
true
Actual result:
--------------
false
