Bug description: var_export get's fatal error on recursion
Description:

When sending some recursion variable to var_export it gets "Fatal error:
Nesting level too deep - recursive dependency?" while var_dump inform of
*RECURSION*. I'm not sure it is a bug, but i think it worth thinking of
changing.
CLI output:
php > class a { };
php > $a = new a();
php > $a->a = &$a;
php > var_dump($a);
