im using Administrator account. i told : PHP 5.1.0 WORKS PHP 5.2.0 NOT WORKS so there is something wrong with apache handler. because the same script works on 5.2.0 by php.exe script.php and not works by Apache and on 5.1.0 works in both ways. AFAIK by default Apache service uses least privileged system account possible.
