Because those modules require client libraries. Please read appropriate pages in the documentation to figure out how to install properly the required libraries. PHP Warning: PHP Startup: 'C:\\PHP5\\ext\\php_mysql.dll' - The specified module could not be found. PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\\PHP5\\ext\\php_oci8.dll' - The specified module could not be found. The Files are all there. And phpinfo() says it is using C:\windows\php.ini. Why?
