Description:
------------
I used the Windows installer package (php-5.2.0-win32-installer.msi)
downloaded from the PHP site. Sessions did not survive from one page to
next. Determined that the directory specified in "session.save_path" did
not exist. When I created directory, sessions worked as expected.
Also noted that directory upload_tmp_dir did not exist, and I suspect
that would be a problem, too. It would appear to me that the directory
should be created at install time rather than have sessions fail.
I am not sure who maintains the Windows installer, but if not
maintained by your organization, please either forward or let me know
so I can notify them. Thanks.

Cemil
