Bug description: similar to reported Bug #8269

Description:

similar to reported Bug #8269
Complie of PHP 5.2.1 will not find sybtcl library.

What the heck is sybtcl good for anyway? It is well known that sybtcl is
not supported or further developed anymore for years now.
Is there no direct PHP-interface to sybase Open Client?

Actual result:
--------------
ld: fatal: library -lsybtcl: not found
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to libs/libphp5.so
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [libphp5.la] Error 1
