Using PDO DBLIB driver to connect to MySQL server each SELECT query I've
tried this far returns a valid resultset but PDOStatement::rowCount()
always returns 0.
When i use php 5.1.6 all works fine.
Reproduce code:

array(PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_USE_BUFFERED_QUERY => true));
$db->setAttribute(PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE, PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION);
$r = $db->query("SELECT * FROM xxx");
echo "<pre>";
echo "rowCount = ".$r->rowCount();
echo "</pre>";
?>
Expected result:

rowCount = 540554
Actual result:
