This constant is defined in Apache headers.
If it's not defined, that's not PHP issue.

the problem exists in both official 5.2.1 release and recent 5.2dev CVS

snapshot.

Description:

Cannot compile with apache 2.2.1 - problem in function 
php_ap2_register_hook

actually, before compiler stops with the described error, it issued 
about 700 string of diferent error messages.

Actual result:
