I've passed a CURLOPT twice, and the script has hanged
Reproduce code:

$ch=curl_init('http://myip.ru/');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT,3);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_NOBODY,1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_NOBODY,0);
curl_exec($ch);
Expected result:
----------------
the page contents
Actual result:
--------------
it hangs the script for 3 seconds, the cURL says "timeout"
