Description:
------------
Just trying to run a simple socket script with command prompt, and
noticed it does not work in command prompt. Undefined function
socket_create. Well testing further, browser window (firefox and ie)
works fine. Going further, I set up simple phpinfo() to check sockets
enabled. Running both in command prompt and browser, command prompt does
not have sockets listed while browser shows sockets enabled. Not sure
whats up here or if its Vista.
