Nope, I've done it manually, I was mostly going after memory allocation thing and in some cases did php_error -> php_error_docref along the way. My next goal is to remove some 690 php_error() form ext/ and about 100 or so zend_error(). So, if you have any automated tools, they'd be of great help.
