I haven't looked into mhash yet.
However after patches I have only 19 bugs in non-unicode mode, and 262 in
unicode.
Did you do full rebuild?

I am trying to fix unicode related bugs, so I don't rollback test suite
patch right now.

Could you please look into stream-related bugs (if it yours):

ext/standatd/tests/file/stream_get_line.phpt

ext/zlib/tests/gzreadwrite.phpt
