ext/standard/tests/file/copy_variation12.phpt - broken test.
It tries to create existing dir and checks for it existance.
For some reason both checks expect bool(false), which is clearly wrong.
ext/standard/tests/file/copy_variation13.phpt - the behavior has changed
recently, so the test fails.
