[PHP-DB] OCI8 and Listener

Hi,

i've compiled my php modul with oci8.But I can't connect to my db. It
tells me the error ORA-12162.  In the documentation there is no such
error mentioned.

Do I need to start to Oracle listner?
Is tere somebody who had solved this problem in the past?
