that is complete garbage. to use an example we have as MS premium suport
package. we report a fault and then wait and wait and wait.

you seem to speak with the authority of someone who has little idea of what
the world is about.
microsoft dominate the market because their business practices bludgeon the
competition. they control that market. what is happenning in the linux world
is a breath of fresh air; and long may it continue.

please find another list to annoy.
