Has anyone had experience in the implementation of some kind of post code or zip code lookup function.
Ie: Client puts his or her post code or zip code in a form and on submit the db gives back a reseller nearest to that post or zip code. I have seen this on a lot of sites and have no idea where to start such a task. Any pointers or examples would be most appreciated. P.S how do I implement the Php file upload security fix on a windows based php installation ? Dave Carrera
