If you are using PHP 4.2 it does not work. I'm stuck at 4.1.2 because of this. You may want to downgrade.

If I check for results using odbc_fetch_row(), I need to reset the pointer before I loop through the results. Right now I'm loosing the 1st row! I read in the comments on the online manual that odbc_fetch_row($results,0) will reset the results, but it doesn't work. Please help me out, I'm in a real bind here!
