[PHP-DB] cookies and Global variables

Hello


1) I want to use cookies for my site, how can I do it? My browser warn me
that headers are already sent!!

2) How can I use the same variables on all pages:
        for example: $login, I need this variable on all pages to send
requests to a MySQL database.
