I have php on win2k with sql server and IIS, I use Active Directory for all my authentications, and integrated authentication for database access. I think it works great! My users don't even have to enter a username and password, it is all based on what they logged into their system as. I did have to create a custom layer for access levels for some applications. It's as simple as I can see doing it. Atleast the final result is, coding for it was a bit complex. :-)
