 Whoops, the $GLOBALS[acdb] was legacy code for the site I was using.
 Ignore it.  Sorry!  Your SessionTableName is set in php.ini -- if
 $sessiontablename is empty, there is an issue that will prevent sessions
 from being written/read from!
