I've setup a form to submit data into my MySQL database and it appears to connect properly and whatnot but when I check to see that the data has been inserted properly using phpMyAdmin, the table refelcts a new row entry but the fields are empty. ??? Anyone have this problem before?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
