What have you done so far? Do you know how to make a table?
While($row = mysql_fetch_row($result))
{ echo "<tr><td>{$row[0]}</td><td>{$row[1]}</td></tr>"; }
etc...
As for exporting it to a file, use SELECT * INTO OUTFILE ...
