No.  What you could do, however, is something like:

- JavaScript code to get screen size

- use document.write to generate the image tag with additional parameters
for screen size, i.e.:

<img src="somescript.php?w=615&h=420">

- Have your php script output the correct Content-type header for the image
and pass it through while logging the info you want.
