This should do it:
Booking_Start_Date = CONCAT(DATE_FORMAT(Booking_Start_Date,
Booking_End_Date = CONCAT(DATE_FORMAT(Booking_End_Date, '%Y-%m-%d'),
If you are using version 4.1.1 or newer the DATE_FORMAT function could
be replaced by:
