In your case something like this will do:

LOAD DATA INFILE "data.txt"
INTO TABLE my_table
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ' '
LINES TERMINATED BY '\r\n'        # or '\n' - depending on your system
IGNORE 1 LINES                            # if applicable
( First, Last, Title )                               # actual order of your
columns in your txt file, mapping columns names
