[PHP-DB] reorder records with phpMyadmin ?

[Graham Anderson]

is there a button/feature in phpmyadmin that lets you reorder records
in a found set
I have an playlist_order field I want to do an UPDATE to let users
order their own playlist...
If phpmyadmin does not have the feature, is there another opensource
php-based mysql editor that does ?

many thanks
