Hi
I am getting the error below while trying to execute
the code below:

I have - Apache/1.3.33 (Win32) configured to run with
PHP/4.3.10 and Oracle 10g Database. Everything running
on the same box.
I followed the note below to set it up.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
