[PHP-DB] Max Size File that can be uploaded

Dear All,

 

I want to give max size file = 4000KB when I am uploading to mySQL.

 

I used this :

 

<INPUT type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="4000">

 

But it didn't work. The file that could upload only under 2048KB.

Is there anyone could help me?
