It's in php-devel.
To find out what package something is in you can ask yum
# yum provides phpize
and it will tell you
php-devel.i386 5.1.4-1 updates

Hope some kind souls out there can help me out here...I've successfully
compile Apache2.2; PHP 5.16 on a Fedora 4 (with the Oracle instant
