To do this,
(01) U need to have a SMS gateway (just find a sms gateway service
provider).
(02) Then they will provide u to URL to pass ur message to them, with
receiver's phone number (http - post).
03) Then u can write small php script to send ur data to them. (But need
to have some cron scripts also - to check fail messages re-send.)
