Mysql Username or password error.please testing connect setting

Dear all,
When I try to retrive data from two tables using JOIN OR INNER JOIN
it display error message
given below;

what may be the reason?
Normally PHP-mysql works fine.
Can you figure it out and give me the possible solution?
