If open source is a must, then there is only one choice showing up on search: 
SQL Web Data Administrator (sqlwebadmin.codeplex.com)

That said, the best choice is SQL Server Management Studio. It's not open 
source and it is a Win32 app (meaning you'll have to run it in VirtualBox or 
something similar).
