I hope this isn't condescending, but you have a foreign key constraint that is failing. I would probably echo the output of $_POST['post_store'] to see what value, if any, is being written. If the output seems proper, I'd check your other table and make sure that the data exists in that table. And, finally if all of that checks out, I'd check your SQL and see if you have appropriate data types, etc.
