Greets all. I'm looking to see if anyone has a php function similar to the recently added imagecreatefromstring() func. I'm looking for a imagecreatefromv4l() that would grab a single frame off the v4l device on the webserver. Anyone have such a beast? I took a peek at the imagecreatefromstring() code today and I think I understood only about 50% of it.
