Previous Comments: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2000-10-07 12:12:41] [EMAIL PROTECTED] I use the current php-4.0.2-4mdk RPM package from Mandrakesoft (maintainer Jean-Michel Dault <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>). If I do an INSERT or UPDATE in an opened database, mysql_query() always return 0 (false) even if the transaction was successful and the correct values are stored in the db. The same problem for mysql_affected_rows(), it return 0 even if there are 1 or more rows altered in the database. Apache is 1.3.12 MySQL is 3.23.23 I use the ZendOptimizer for php 4.0.2 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full Bug description available at: http://bugs.php.net/?id=7079 -- PHP Development Mailing List <http://www.php.net/> To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To contact the list administrators, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
