From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Operating system: Wind 98 se/PWS4 PHP version: 4.0.4 PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: Bad registry information In the documentation for PHP on Win9x platforms, the documentation says to install this key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\w3svc\parameters\Script Map] ".php"="C:\\Program Files\\PHP\\php4isapi.dll" After numerous installs on win98 machines, the same problem exits. *.php will always give a 500 error. if the extension *.php3 is added, then there is no problem.
