Description: Return value of umask() not an octal number

ups, sorry, very dumb question. Forget it.

Shouldn't umask()'s return value be an octal number? It seems to be a decimal number:

umask(077);
echo umask();

will get you 63 as the answer, which is 77 in octal base.
