ID: 8845 Updated by: jimw Reported By: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Old-Status: Open Status: Closed Bug Type: Documentation problem Assigned To: Comments: this has been clarified in the documentation. Previous Comments: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- [2001-01-22 19:13:55] [EMAIL PROTECTED] Here is the document I will be referencing to: http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.types.string.php Right below the first table, it says "You can escape any other character, but a warning will be issued at the highest warning level." That is not true. Please fix it. Also...I am sorry if I am not supplying a script that will reproduce the error...or a PHP.ini...or a gdb backtracce...but I didn't think any of that stuff would be relevant. Thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full Bug description available at: http://bugs.php.net/?id=8845 -- PHP Development Mailing List <http://www.php.net/> To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To contact the list administrators, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
